JASPER WATKINS, RMT
Jasper is a Registered Massage Therapist, graduated with an advanced diploma from Lambton College in 2011. She has always had a passion in helping others and is fascinated by the human body and how it functions.
During her training as a RMT, Jasper participated in a trip to Hawaii to work with the Hawaii Institute of Anatomy, alongside a PhD anatomist, studying different systems of the body in which she gained an extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
Jasper is passionate in continuously advancing her knowledge, by participating yearly in new courses around the world. She recently travelled to Thailand to further her education and is certified in Indie Head Massage, Hot Stone, Cupping and Kinesio Taping. She has seen a number of different conditions ranging from insomnia, migraines, sinus issues,
eye strain and stress.
In Jasper's spare time, she enjoys exercising outdoors, reading, travelling
and taking care of her furry friends.
JANESSA FILICE, RMT
Janessa is a Registered Massage Therapist, graduated in 2018 from the
Massage Therapy Program at Fanshawe College.
Janessa's goal is to help improve the client’s lifestyle and overall wellbeing by tailoring to each of their specific needs. She is building a fast clientele base here in London
and has always had a passion for helping others.
Janessa has extensive knowledge in providing a wide variety of techniques such as myofasical release, trigger point therapy and Swedish Massage techniques.
Janessa specializes in deep tissue massage, using slow and controlled movements, deep specific techniques and stretching throughout her treatments. Deep tissue massage accesses the deeper layers of muscle tissue and is extremely beneficial for chronic pain and conditions.
Janessa is also trained in providing a relaxing treatment to clients that helps to decrease stress and anxiety, improve sleep patterns and enhance your over all wellbeing. Janessa also has a passion for therapeutic treatments that focus on specific issues and conditions, so clients are able to return to their daily activities with ease.
In her spare time, Janessa enjoys practicing yoga, kickboxing, and cooking/baking
healthy treats at home.
Janessa achieved her second degree black belt through discipline and dedication. Achieving her black belt was the journey in which she was introduced to the importance of stretching,
body awareness and self-care.
BRITTANY BRITTON, RMT
Brittany is a Registered Massage Therapist, graduated with an advanced diploma from

Brittany strongly believes in maintaining a healthy body and mind with exercise, nutrition, yoga and proper sleep. Her mission as a RMT, is to help her client's achieve optimal health and happiness with the natural and effective use of modern Massage Therapy treatments. Her knowledge of physiology and anatomy, combined with traditional Swedish and modern massage techniques, stretching and hydrotherapy, allows her to assess and create a treatment plan to efficiently achieve her client’s specific goals.
Brittany specializes in sports therapy massage, using slow and controlled movements, deep specific techniques, dynamic release, stretching and active release throughout her treatments. Sports massage helps to cleanse lactic acid from the tissue
and aids absorption of oxygen and nutrients.
Throughout her years of training, Brittany travelled to Hawaii to work with the Hawaii institute of Anatomy, alongside a PhD anatomist, studying different systems of the body gaining extensive knowledge in the human anatomy and physiology.
Brittany has worked with many athletes, workout enthusiasts and post-injury conditions.
